Embedded IEEE Project  Handover in Outdoor Visible Light Communication System

ABSTRACT:

This paper proposes a novel handover strategy in an open-air Vehicle to Infrastructure Visible Light Communication (V2IVLC) framework. In a V2IVLC framework, vehicles moving in the road speak with gatherings of LED road lights utilizing cameras. The handover system proposed in this work would help to vehicles exchanging the correspondence starting with one LED assemble then onto the next. Through recreation, the reasonableness of the proposed handover is affirmed and the connection between a speed of an auto and the helpful time that is utilized for transmitting end client information is broke down.
