The project is designed to control a robotic vehicle utilizing a standard TV remote. IR sensor is interfaced to the control unit on the robot for sensing the IR signals transmitted by the remote. This information is conveyed on to the control unit which moves the robot as wanted.
An 8051 arrangement microcontroller is utilized as a part of this project as a control device. Transmitting end utilizes a TV remote through which IR charges are transmitted.
