The purpose of this project is to give the complaints to various items and getting the reply from the items handling with teams. Customers may have complaints about its items. They will be given an email id for every item, where they can send an email when they have a complaint to register. The messages will get changed over to protests and get assigned to the persons handling that product. The complaints can be assigned to various people and will get tracked to closure. The person handling the complaint will have the facility to communicate with the customer via emails through the system.
In the proposed system we have the accompanying new executions: Users of the system, Customers of the Complaint Management System. Here again, any number of groups can be expected. The complaints can be assigned to various people and will get followed to conclusion. The individual taking care of the dissension will have the office to speak with the client by means of messages through the system.
The proposed system em is computerized procedure of sending the request through the web-based system. The complaints can be sent effectively by the client from anyplace. The administrations are given through the framework are through the email.
